Traditional Marquees (or Pole Marquees) are suitable for erection on grass and earth surfaces. Made from natural canvas, traditional marquees are supported using poles, some are internal for roof support, others support the walls. We use a combination of pegs and pins to secure the marquee into the ground using ropes.
If you decide on a traditional marquee you will need to allow 3ft all around the outside of the marquee for the ropes and pegs.
